“I have known Marian Neal since 1985 when I was looking for a house in Toronto and met her at an open house.
Marian worked very hard to find me a house in a safe area at a time when the real estate market was beginning to heat up.We looked at a number of houses and finally found a semi in Leaside. While we were making an offer, another prospective buyer was waiting outside. Apparently, we both made the same offer and the owners told me that they accepted my offer because they really liked Marian. I stayed in the same house until May of 2004.
